With personal coaching, I will provide you with a custom training plan each week that will align with your current fitness level and your running goals. It allows you to have unlimited text/email communication for any running related questions, comments, or concerns you may encounter during our time together. Lastly, we will have weekly video calls to discuss your workouts from the previous week and plan for the upcoming week of workouts.
